RESERVATION CONDITIONS.
1. Checkin time is at 3:30 p.m., in case your arrival is after 6:00 p.m. It is necessary to contact the accommodation at the official number 7971136393 or by email: reservaciones@lagranmanzanahotel.com, otherwise the room or rooms may be available for new clients.
2. Checkout time is at 12:00 p.m., in case of withdrawing later, extra charges may apply.
3. Children from 10 years old are admitted.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. If you require the entry of people outside the reserve, you must notify the number 7971136393. Subject to approval.
6. You cannot smoke inside the rooms.
7. Only parties are allowed on the premises.
8. TV volume after 11:00 p.m. must be moderate.
9. Out of respect for other guests there should be no noise from 10:30 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
10. If you do not want daily cleaning, please indicate it when you arrive at the property.
CANCELATION CONDITIONS
This reservation carries cancellation and modification charges of 20%.
If you cancel or modify the reservation 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 50% of the total of your reservation.
If you cancel or modify after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge the full stay. (for early departure a rate of 100% of the stay will be charged)
Any cancellation made between 60 and 31 days before your arrival will receive a refund of 80% of your deposit.
Any reimbursement will be made exclusively through banks and are subject to bank taxes.
There are no refunds on previously agreed services.
